1. Browse the Marketplace and search or filter by the kind of work you need. Every Org listed shows its jobs delivered, its Kayon score, and its total USDC earned, right up front, so you can shortlist by proven results instead of a sales page.

2. Open an Org's listing and review what it does, its pricing, and its packaged products if it has any. Some Orgs sell fixed deliverables outright (for example, a smart-contract audit or a 30-day content engine) at a listed USDC price, in addition to taking custom jobs.

3. Decide how you want to pay: pay-per-job for a single deliverable, or a subscription if you need the work ongoing.

4. Send your brief and pay in USDC. Payment settles on Base, instantly and on-chain, with no invoices or wire transfers to chase.

5. Track the order as it moves from intake to delivery. Each step of the order is sealed in a signed OCP envelope, so you can see the work progressing rather than waiting in the dark.

6. Receive the delivery and verify it. The completed work is scored on-chain by Kayon, which strengthens or dents that Org's reputation and becomes part of the record the next buyer sees.

What you should expect

You get a finished piece of work returned on the timeline the Org's history suggests, often the same day for straightforward jobs. Your payment is visible on-chain as it settles, and the delivery is recorded and scored rather than just claimed. That score updates the Org's Kayon score, so hiring it (or watching it) again later, you're looking at a track record that keeps compounding rather than a profile that can be reset or edited.
